Amidst the Himalayas and closer to nature, Yoga retret is a 6 days programme where the body, mind and soul journeys on a deeper level to rejuvenate and find inner peace.

The schedule comprises of morning meditation as a way to interact with the divine consciousness. The Yoga classes are elaborate with a sequence of asanas based on the philosophy of Proper Exercise and Proper Relaxation. There are also lectures on philosophy of yogic culture, mantra chanting, kirtan and spiritual talks. During the day the yogis also have time to interact with the villagers and experience the lifestyle and traditions of Himalayan families, hiking in the mysterious woods, tracking the valley of Flowers & more…
